I had called many other companies before finding RHive. I was impressed that the company was female owned and operated. Michael answered on the first call and provided options and information over the phone, scheduled an appointment, and within the same business day, came to my home to assess the damage and provided an estimate for the work, all within hours of calling. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and I was able to view, approve, and pay the estimate online. When the work day came, both Kara and Michael got on my roof and finished the job as estimated. I'd post pictures, but you'd never be able to tell where the work was done (and I hate walking on roofs).

If you think that's where the excellence ends, you'd be wrong. A few days after the work we received a package from RHive. It was a thank you gift.
